Stunning two-story HILLTOP HOME conveniently located 2 minutes to Main St. Fredericksburg, TX. 4BR/3.5BA beauty has peaceful sweeping views perfect for watching the sunset. Unwind in the cozy living room, prepare delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen, or spend time enjoying the grounds and views. The property offers a wrap around deck, hot tub, firepit, floor to ceiling stone wood burning FP, recent updates including appliances. Plenty of room for the whole family to gather. Up stairs is 2 Bedrooms 1 King bed and 1 Queen. The downstairs sleeping quarters are accessed from the outside stairs and offer a queen bed and 2 full size sleeper sofas. The other Bedroom offers a queen bed. Both have private baths with walk in shower. The living area upstairs has 2 queen sleeper sofas. Home has ample space to be together and spread out for a little quite time. This home is dog friendly at additional charge. Wine shuttles will come to the home for pickup. The drive through carport is low so taller vehicle need to be cautious of the height.

Pet Friendly! $35/pet per day. Two pet maximum.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

  We are four couples (the crazy 8’s) that shared this home for a long weekend in Fredericksburg. We had a fantastic time, and loved that each couple had their own spaces and bathrooms. The house was spotless and very well decorated. The wrap around deck is spectacular, especially in the evenings.

  It was perfect for our family of toddlers to grandparents. The view is absolutely amazing, and the expansive porch has lots of nice patio furniture for enjoying your morning coffee and the gorgeous sunset. And there was always a nice breeze so we didn't break a sweat in the Texas summer either which was amazing. The beds were very comfortable too. We would love to return. If you decide to go, you need to know that the two downstairs bedrooms have exterior entrances. You cannot access them from inside the house, so you walk down exterior staircases to get to them. Also be sure you bring soap and shampoo as no toiletries were provided. But if you forget anything it's fine as HEB is close by so you can go get everything you need.

  From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this rental. We celebrated my daughters birthday with 13 ladies. The beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The view is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed watching the deer come up to the house in the morning. Very close to the downtown area. We enjoyed a wine tour and delicious German food at a few of the restaurants we went to. I highly recommend this house for your group.
