Pecan Farm Haus newly remodeled, offers two large bedrooms with King-sized beds and two bathrooms. Streaming TV so bring your App log In. Spacious common areas throughout with two living areas and two dining areas perfect for entertaining your guests. Each living area also has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. This home also offers a full-sized washer and dryer for your use. Sits privately on 15 acres. Outdoor spaces galore for front porch sun set viewing, covered back patio for barbecuing, warming up by the fire pit, or yard games. Hot tub to make your stay even more enjoyable!
For larger groups you may want to book the Pecan Farm Garden Haus as well. (Separate fee applies)
Open concept living, kitchen, dining areas with French doors leading to an outdoor patio. Fully stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with a King size bed. One large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Newly installed Hot Tub.

  This is a lovely place to stay. The home was clean and spacious with multiple sitting areas. Having coffee on the front porch was peaceful. This was a short distance from town central. If you plan to visit enchanted rock make reservations a week in advance.
  The hot tub was mostly clean it has some sand/dirt on the seats but it was still enjoyable.

  The property was excellent. Great location, short distance to town for shopping and restaurants. Beautiful home, very comfortable, had all the amenities and was perfect for our party of 5. Unfortunately we woke up to no water the day we were checking out but otherwise was a great stay.

  Loved the ranch style house. Big rooms. Great kitchen. Back porch with fire pit and hot tub. Also the location was great. close enough to town but far enough to be quiet. Only the sound of the highway, birds, cattle and horses. We are already talking about going back.

  Property was not cleaned when we arrived, which was a bummer. But I will say, the property manager immediately made it right by letting us slide over to the secondary house on the property and refunded us one nights stay. Best solution for a situation like that. We ended up staying an extra day because the house was available. We’d stay again.

  It's hard to find a rental with 2 king sixed beds.The property was very clean. The dishwasher was not working which was not handy. This is the first rental I have ever stayed in that did not have a hair dryer which needs to be addressed!

  We have stayed in the Fredericksburg area many times and love it. The Pecan Haus is in a beautiful, peaceful location with a wonderful hot tub and lots of wildlife . I would suggest a more attentive cleaning service as the glasses in the kitchen were not clean, several light bulbs were out in the bathroom and with four guests staying for four nights we were only provided with two washcloths. We made due though and would return to The Pecan Haus because it truly is a very comfortable home for couples and we really enjoyed our stay.

  Great house and location. Loved the house. My comments below are suggestions and we loved the weekend. Just pointing out a few things. Would definitely stay here again.
  
  The only down side was the mosquitoes were really bad. The rainwater collection tanks were the source. Also, quite a few bugs/spiders/scorpions inside. I get that it’s in the country but should be sprayed.
  
  Would also recommend ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
