  Fredricksburg Escapes was wonderful! We had to reschedule our first reservation due to illness and they were so helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The bed was comfy. The decor was eclectic and fitting to the feel of the town. Great place to stay!

  This place was in the perfect location - 1 block of of Main street, walking distance to all of the great FBG downtown shops & restaurants - very convenient.
  
  Be advised, there is no closet (for hanging-up clothes) other than a couple of hooks mounted near the toilet. Also, there is no shower. There is a nice jetted tub, and you can kneel-down in the tub and use a shower head on a hose to hose yourself down, but there is no real standing shower. Doorknob and lock were loose and wobbly. Bed was pretty comfortable. There were 11 places to sit down in the room, but no real place to hang your clothes. Convenient parking directly in front in the driveway.

  Had a great time staying here. One block off of Main so everything we needed was within walking distance. Parking located right in front was very convenient. It is important to know that there is no shower but there is a massive bathtub where you can wash your hair using the removable handle. Would recommend!

  It was a very cozy place for a couple. Perfect location for accessing main street without having to get in my car. Parking was perfect. Only issue was the floor was not cleaned. The is only a tub with a shower head attachment which is a little inconvenient if you like showers, but we made due. I would stay here again.

  My husband and I wanted to spend Thanksgiving out of the country like we usually do...but, ah, not this year. so, we decided on Fredricksburg because we both enjoy wine and good food, and being away from the grind of the city. We booked Binky's with only the benefit of a few pics and reviews, and all in all, we were very pleased. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and a perfect location. (one block from Main Street). Yes, there was a good bit of traffic noise, but we used a white noise machine at night and it was fine. We were disappointed that the coffee shop right next store was closed, but talking to Binky herself, she said she was ready to retire, so my hats off to her!! The only thing that we missed was WIFI, because we had a few work obligations that we needed to complete, but other than that, the room and our stay was delightful.
