  This property was a great place to stay for our weekend trip to Fredericksburg, and everyone in our group (4 adults, 1 dog) was quite comfortable. Plenty of extra towels, spare blankets and pillows, kitchen supplies, etc. were provided. This duplex is in an apartment complex located a very short drive (or Uber ride) from the shops, restaurants, bars, and museums on Main Street. It was relatively quiet and we really appreciated the ample grassy areas for our dog to run and play. It does need to be deep cleaned, but we would return and recommend to others.

  If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway then this is definitely the spot for you! The house was very prompt in answering any questions I had. It was beautifully decorated and just gave you that homey feel upon walking in. Sheets and pillows were so soft and had a wonderful nights sleep.

  From the moment you walk in the door to kitchen to the master bedroom--the house was perfect for our family. Very clean, smelled wonderful and decorated fabulously (something unique in every room). It was close to Main Street, short drive to the Wildseed Farm, Das Peach Haus, Airport Diner, Leroy's TEX MEX & BBQ, Altstadt Brewery and even Luckenbach, TX. We had everything we needed from extra blankets, stocked kitchen, hot showers and comfy beds!! The neighborhood is quiet and plenty of grass. We didn't use the pool or playground--cold when were there, but kept up nicely. We hope to stay there again.
