  We took a chance on this house and we were not disappointed! I was traveling with my three teens and a big dog and we were joined part of the time by my sister. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us! We ended up having to unexpectedly spend more time in the house, as one of my kids got a fever. No problem - big TV with Netflix, plenty of cosy blankets, a real kitchen and a grill! And since the location was so central, we could leave her home when she was better and go for gorgeous day hikes on enchanted rock and walk around FBG. This would have all been miserable if we had been couped up in a hotel! We enjoyed having the extra space and the neighborhood was safe and the house was private. I would have never left a dog and teen in a hotel. Thanks to Marissa for flexibility with check-in and letting us extend our stay! Thank you for the extras, too - coffee and water and quality shampoos and conditioners and shower soap already there as well as all needed soaps for washing clothes and dishes! Great for us hikers and Hill Country explorers!!!

  We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean comfortable and well furnished. Two larger bedrooms and one smaller bedroom better suited for kids It's a great location just a few minutes from Main St. It's located in an apartment complex but it was quiet both nights we were there. Plenty of space to take the dogs out for a walk and they had cleanup stations throughout. No complaints, would come back again anytime.

  A trip to Fredericksburg is always great. This apartment is conveniently located between downtown and the winery's. Right next to the walmart. There are not enough pots and pans to really cook a full meal. Eating out is the way to go.

  The place was clean and comfortable, exactly as described, quite neighbors in the apartment complex. The rental is in a convenient location. Our stay was just overnight due to personal reasons but the time we spent at the place was enjoyable.

  The house was located close to Main street. It was right behind Walmart which was nice because we always forget to bring something. Check in instructions were text to me from a real person not an automated which I thought was great! The house was the perfect size for us and our fur babies. We usually stay in hotels but it was so amazing to have everyone together and access to a full kitchen. The house was almost perfect. It was very clean and well taken care of. The only bad thing I have to say is about the closet in the second bedroom. At first I was very excited to see how much closet space we had to store our suitcases. The bedrooms aren't huge so a good size closet was a big bonus. Unfortunately this closet smelled horribly of pet urine. We kept the door closed and just stepped around our bags all weekend. I was very surprised at the smell considering how the rest of the house was in tip top condition. Despite the closet I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful at home feel and excellent customer service!
