  Our rental was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and perfectly decorated. The property is so beautiful and has breath taking views of the hills of Fredericksburg. Seeing the sheep, deer, and chickens each morning, made us smile. Pat and Hal were very friendly and had many helpful suggestions about the area.   Pam and her husband have a wonderful place that is off the beaten path in Fredericksburg. Only 10 minutes away from downtown, surrounded with hills, trees, deer and many other animals... but not too many ;)!! Although there was no tub and the bed was a little small at ‘full size’, everything was put together very nicely and clean... ready for us to just drop our bags, sit down and dream about what the next few days will entail! The wraparound porch with the view of the hills and valley was thoroughly, therapeutically, decompressing. We look forward to coming and staying again in the near future!!

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for our postponed Valentine's Day weekend and we had nothing but great things to say about it! The location was perfect - just a few minutes from Main St. in a quiet spot where we could enjoy a break from the busy part of town. Close enough to come back from a day of visiting wineries and relax before going out to dinner. The stargazing was spectacular and being able to watch the sheep graze while enjoying our morning cup of coffee on the porch was perfect. It felt like our home away from home and made us not want to leave! It was a little slice of heaven.
