Annette's Cottage at Waldrip - Cottage A (left side only) is a comfortable, roomy suite located just a few blocks from the heart of Fredericksburg's Historic Main Street. The unit has a king-size bed, full kitchen, and generous living space. This property is perfect for a romantic retreat just for the two of you. Waldrip Cabin is also located on the same property so it can actually accommodate up to 4 persons. Comfort, charm and romance await you at Annette’s Cottage at Waldrip.

  This was our first time in a rental property and it was a fantastic experience. The house has everything we needed, very comfortable, and the property manager and the owner were incredibly helpful. I am the type of person that like to ask many questions and do not take or do anything without asking (kind of annoying says my husband), but even after hours, I always got an answer to my questions. The owner was incredible helpful as well. We did have a great time and a great experience. The combination of a great place to stay and the town and surroundings, could not have been any better! If I may say, the only trouble we really had, was trying to find the property at night, when we arrive. Again, if I had done my past and look for the exact location on maps before going, I am sure it would have been easier to find... but nothing bad, just that is very dark at night and there is no illumination around. Maybe, if they put a little night light outside by the house number, would male it easier. But it was great!

  This cottage was perfect for mid-week getaway. Living/kitchen area was roomy as well as the bedroom. King size bed + quiet neighborhood = great sleep.
  
  Keurig available so bring pods if you have a favorite.
  There was no shampoo but I always bring my own.

  Great locations, communication w/staff was easy and check in/out was a simple process. As far as inside the cottage, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and water stayed warm for a long shower at the end of the day. The TV/furniture is a little dated but it goes with the antique charm of this property. I would stay again and recommend Annette's cottage A to others.

  The cottage was comfy, clean, and in a good location for Fredericksburg. You are in walking distance to the main section of town, and it's very easy to get in and out of. I will likely stay here again when I decide to go back to Fredericksburg.
  
  The only negative thing about the cottage is the size of the TV in the main room. If you are planning on watching anything, I wouldn't attempt to do it there. You are going to need really good vision!

  Incredible place to stay when visiting Fredricksberg, the cottage was perfect, the location was great, we walked to main street, but was far enough away that it was quite. Just had a great weekend and we will not stay anywhere else from now on when visiting. Check in was quick and easy, the people were so nice. The cottage was clean, the A/C worked great, and I highly recommend staying here.

  This was a very nice and inviting little cottage. It had all the amenities described and we were very happy with our stay.   Was delighted with location, amenities and overall charm of the facility and area.
  Items that needed a little attention...
  1-toilet seat was disgusting.
  2-urine line on cloth shower curtain needs disinfecting or replacing. also, plastic curtain is ripped at top and needs replacing.
  Other than those items, everything else was perfect.
  All surfaces were clean, place smelled great and we had all that we needed.
  The extras "wine, water, basket of treats" were delightful.
