HR Cabin 3- The Little Bear Cabin (dog friendly)

A cute little getaway only 5 miles outside of town. Off the main highway, this brand new cabin sits on 8 acres with access to a small creek on the property. This property is perfect for a simple yet beautiful getaway. You get the country feel yet you are only 5 minutes form down town. During the day, enjoy a small creek at the end of the property to enjoy a day in the sun or enjoy a day fishing. At the end of end of the day sit out on the porch and view the stars at night while relaxing or enjoy a night by the fit pit! You are sure to enjoy the beautiful Hill County at HR Cabins.
Pet fee is $35 per pet per day. Two pet maximum. All pets will need to be kenneled if left alone at cabin. When booking please state how many pets you will be bringing. Dogs must be leashed when walking around the property.

We have a few extras for purchase upon booking.

  The sink in the bathroom was not working well at all. Everything else was very nice. We enjoyed all the animals running around. It was very warm and welcoming.

  Beautiful little cabin, close to everything. Easy check in and the cabin was very clean with a stocked bathroom. The bed was really comfy as well. We had space to run the dogs, have a fire, and some deer came up to us at night. It was very peaceful!

  We had a little trouble finding the place as it was late at night and the signage is not very big. The instructions in the text weren't as clear as they could have been. Couldn't open the key box once we were there so the boy in the next cabin came and helped us. The cabin is adorable. Very clean, tidy, uncluttered and spacious. Quiet location and everything in working order. I do recommend a grab bar and/or mat in the shower as it was slippery.

  Everything was wonderful here. It was nice and quiet. We ate out on the porch and just enjoyed nature. The bed was soft and comfortable to me. We enjoyed sitting outside at night by the fire. It was outside of town enough you got to enjoy the quiet but close enough to get to main street in no time.

  Great little cottage! Exactly what we needed for July 4th weekend. Close enough to the city but peaceful and quiet to relax. Was perfect for my husband and our toddler. Only giving 4 stars because the bed was advertised as a Queen and was actually a Full. Little snug for two grown adults.
