Oma's House

Oma’s Haus provides the perfect retreat for a family weekend, or a quiet couples retreat. Spacious enough for larger groups, Oma’s Haus has two separate bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed and there are two Full-size beds in the spare room. The large living area has plenty of room to enjoy good conversations and good times. Enjoy cooking your own breakfast in the full kitchen or sharing a private dinner. Oma’s Haus is located just a short drive away from Historic Main Street. Enjoy the wonderful amenities that Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park has to offer.   This house is like taking a step back in time. It is beautifully furnished in period style. All the comforts and amenities are there, though. Although close to the airport, it is very quiet and secluded. The exterior and interior are immaculate and well maintained. Lovely place to stay.

  Nice little cottage. 70's charm. Equipped kitchen. A queen, two doubles and the couch is a folda-bed. About 3 miles outside of town. Enough in the country to be quiet but close enough not to waste time.

  We needed a place with parking for a larger vehicle, and we wanted a place close to town for convenience. Oma’s Haus was perfect! The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotless clean. We liked how it really felt like “grandma’s house” with the antiques, vintage wallpaper, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. I would gladly stay here again!
