Welcome to the Agarita OutBack, a cozy cabin constructed with many reclaimed materials, which will have you in awe as soon as you pull in the driveway. Built around a large oak tree that’s been standing for many Years. This cabin has been decorated with rustic décor and many antiques; this is truly a one of a kind Property. Note: The stair way to the loft is very steep and narrow. This is the perfect place for a nice cozy vacation!

  Had a great time with friends over the weekend. It did rain a lot that weekend but we hung out inside and played cards and games and when it cleared up for a bit we went down and strolled along Main street. The hot tub was a definite selling point for us and we would love to come back and stay again.

  Quirky lodging surrounded by a huge oak tree. This place has a cozy atmosphere with comfortable beds and super soft sheets. There were plenty of packaged pastries for us and drinks in the fridge which was nice. The steps upstairs are very steep and narrow as description states but the bedroom upstairs is very comfortable. My only negatives: dishwashing liquid was almost out and so was hand wash soap dispenser in bathroom (doesn’t take much to refill these), the toilet paper is 1 ply so bring your own, the outside area was dirty and the fire pit took about 40 minutes to get going. . Big disappointment having to wipe down dirt and shake leaves off of everything. And, who wants to hold a button down for 40 minutes to get a fire going? These little things, considering how much people pay to stay really do matter. All in all, I guess we’d stay here again if we had to.

• Cute Little Cottage

  This cottage was so cozy and adorable! Plenty of room for 4 adult women to space out. We were, however, disappointed with the preparation for our stay. We arrived late around 8pm and it was freezing in the cottage. It took hours for the heaters to warm the place up. But once it was warm, it stayed warm and we had no issues. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not warmed in advance. The water was 56 degrees and took 24 hours to get to 94 degrees and we were able to utilize the 2nd night. That was the reason we picked this location. After the extreme freeze in Texas the week prior, I emailed to ensure the hot tub was functioning and the cottage didn't suffer from the freeze. I spoke with someone either that morning or the day before letting them know we were going to be arriving late. I just wish the cottage was warm and the hot tub was hot when we arrived. Overall it was a positive experience. I spoke with someone on 2 different occasions and both times they were helpful and apologetic. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

  Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is wifi wasn't active and owner didn't answer phone so it was never fixed. Aside from that, the stay was great.
